University Baseball Club, the Camels, would like to offer players and coaches looking to compete in the Newcastle major league competition a place in our club for 2010 and beyond. Our club is very keen to again return to first grade and we would like to especially offer players that are unable to move up in other clubs, due to excess numbers, the chance to play at a higher competitive level with us.

We have a brand new pitching machine, and excellent quality equipment for members to use during the season. Our existing club members are well known for being social and welcoming to new players and we have several social events throughout the season to compliment our on field enjoyment.

Players who qualify for first grade will be able to take advantage of our rewards scheme enabling you to play fees free, if you meet our very reasonable requirements. Coaches wishing to undergo further coaching training are also offered financial assistance to subsidise their course costs.
