Notice is hereby given to all clubs and members that the Annual General Meeting of the Newcastle Baseball Association Incorporated will be held at Cardiff Panthers on Monday November 23, 2009. Commencing at 7:30pm.

Anyone wishing to nominate for a position on the Board can find a nomination form in the downloads section of the website. These forms must be returned to the Association Secretary by Monday November 9, 2009.
